Serial Killers Born Or Created - 1658 Words

Stumbo 1 Lauryn Stumbo Sandy Warrens English 100 12 December 2016 Serial Killers: Born or Created? Seventeen. Seventeen men and boys who never got the opportunity to have a future. Seventeen families who grieved and lost hours of sleep, waiting on their son, brother, or friend to come home but never would. Seventeen young lives taken by one of the most infamous serial killers in the history of the United States; Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer. Jeffrey Dahmer was much more than a murderer; he raped, ate, and sometimes preserved certain body parts of his victims. But, why? What drove this man to commit such gory and violent crimes? As a child, Dahmer experienced severe negligence by his parents. His mother was a stay-at-home mom (and psychologically ill) and his father was a student at Marquette University. Jeffery’s father traveled for his studies and was never in the household. This engendered his mother’s desire for her husband’s affection but never received it due to his absence. The problems that existed between them provoked a lack of the childhood care that young Jeffery needed. He was often lonely and excluded himself from people. As a child, Dahmer had an extreme and odd fascination in the dismemberment of animals. His parents never gave it much attention and thought this interest was very normal. This was only the beginning of Jeffery’s anatomic study of dead beings. Dahmer may seem like a complete psychopath and indeed he was, but he is only one of thousands of serialShow MoreRelatedSerial Killers : Born Or Created?1113 Words   |  5 PagesChloe Rice Mrs. Powell English 1020 13 April 17 Serial Killers: Born or Created?   Ã‚  Ã‚   Have you ever wondered why people do the things they do? How did I Become a Professional Essay Writer

Becoming a professional paper writer, in most cases, is not something that a person would aim for from his childhood. And it is really not a very common job in todays world. The reason for that is that this profession is not so popular nowadays; a lot of people wouldnt think it really can bring much money and be of any use to others. And this is how I used to think. But now I realize how much I was mistaken. When I had to write my first essay while still in school, I was totally disappointed with this kind of studying activity. It seemed to be boring, useless and sometimes even kind of silly to write your thoughts on the paper for no reason. But while growing up I started to realize more and more positive sides of being a writer. By the end of the high school I started to get good grades for my papers and it made me a lot more interested in doing essays and other papers. When I started to study at college I had to find a job to pay for my studying. And it seemed to me quite a problem to fine a job that would not affect the studying process and at the same time bring enough money to satisfy my needs. After a little research and asking some of my friends for help, one of them recommended me to join a freelance writing agency. I decided to give it a shot and try working there. I never regretted my decision and now I am very thankful to John for giving me that piece of advice. This part time job became a break point in my life. Even though writing was far not my major, I found out that it is something I want to do for my living. So I continued working for the same writing assistance agency until I graduated and then decided to continue my studying to be able to write more in different disciplines. From my point of view academic writing has a number of advantages for both writers and customers: The writer is always self improving, he becomes a very intellectual and well-rounded person. The writer can make money remotely without spending to much time on organizing his work. The writer has a very flexible schedule of work which gives him a great opportunity to combine writing with his/her studying or primary job. The customer is offered a great service which can be of a big use if he has some problems with some course because of problems in personal life, focusing on more important aspects of his studying. The customer benefits by paying a fair price for a work of good quality done by specialists in particular fields. All the exchange of information between customers and writers is done online and guarantees confidentiality to both sides. So, at the moment I am a financially independent person of the age of 25. I can afford anything I need for living and I do not spend too much time working. I have a totally flexible schedule and do not need to worry about waking up early every day. I have a lot of time to spend with my friends and family, doing sports and other activities I like. At the same time I am constantly intellectually growing and more educated then an average person in any country. I love doing my job, helping people and thinking about opening my own business in nearest future. I am happy that I had an opportunity to start working as a writer and might even write a book some day now. That is why I recommend to young people to try doing my job and they might find out that this is jus what they were looking for: job with no pressure, no wasting nerves and everlasting self improvement

Early Warning Signs in Elie Wiesels Night - 1088 Words

Denying Life As a son watches his mother take her last breath on her deathbed, an overwhelming grief sets in. Although knowing that his mom smokes and drinks, he never told her to quit or ease up because he thought his mother can never die. In this case, the offset of this denial is his mom’s early death but, the denial by the Jews during 1942, caused a far more superior calamity, six million deaths! Alas, just like the boy who lost his mother, the Jews have signs and warnings to escape the invasion and Elie Wiesel does a superb job of incorporating that in his book, Night. These overlooked chances, or motifs, are Moshe not getting the respect for his word, uncomprehending the news that is given to the Jews, and the misjudgment of†¦show more content†¦One resident exclaims â€Å"What an imagination he has,† (Wiesel 4-5). This sheds some light on why the people of Sighet don’t trust Moshe’s word, and classifies him as a mad man, but still does not give enough j ustification for his word to go completely ignored. If the townsfolk did some investigating and found all the foreigners dead or if the news reported it, a number of the Jews would have fled Sighet in fear of genocide, but this incident goes unseen. This transits to the next subject on how The Jews tend to trifle news that is given to them. In the 1940’s, the typical way to attain News is by radio, so it is a mistake if one takes the only news source he or she has lightly. In Night the Jews of Sighet perform this mistake by ignoring the change of power to Fascist. During the time Germany invaded Hungarian territory, Ellie and his family received terrifying news of how the Fascists are treating the Jews. The Budapest news reported this: â€Å"The Jews in Hungary are living in an atmosphere of fear and terror. There are anti-Semitic incidents every day, in the streets, in the trains. The fascists are attacking Jewish shops and synagogues. The situation is getting very serious† (Wiesel 7). Here and there, anxiety begins to stir up, but in a while, confidence begins to settle right back in. Accepting that their Hungarian brothers were being persecuted may have led the Jews to escape but they deny that anything of major significance could happen to them. An additional form of

Children s Center Preschool Room For My Prosocial...

I went to Keiki Hau‘oli Children’s Center preschool room for my prosocial observation assignment. During my visit, it was indoor free play time, meanwhile teachers were offering breakfast. The schedule is not rush, they can play indoor and outdoor with free choices for one hour. First, the room was organized by the section. Each section has double or multiple amount of toys for children to play with their friends. For example, on a shelf, there are three baby dolls and their matching clothes. Children interact each other by asking questions such as, â€Å"Baby is hungry. What can I do?† Another child said, â€Å"I will show you.† She used her baby bottle to pretend feeding a baby. There is big open floor space in the back of the room for the children to play freely. Children were playing with blocks and cars on that open floor. Some were playing with â€Å"Kapla† on a low table with one caregiver. Other children were sitting at the carpet, listening a story. Children play peacefully because there are variety of activity choices they can play. Two things if I am able to change, I will change the floor arrangement and add more books. First, I will move free floor space from back of the room to the middle close to the entrance because I can hear them well, so I could interact with them more. Introduction Leadership is a quality that provides right direction to junior leaders or at some point to senior level managers. The leadership skills are effective for the organization to bring success and engaging employee to put their best effort forward . Therefore, the current assignment will be focusing on the element of organizations leadership. Thus, a US based company has been selected that is Wal-Mart. A1. Organization Background Wal-Mart is a multinational retail industry that is engaged in selling groceries and general merchandise. It is considered as the largest retailer in the world. On the other hand, it is also the largest company in terms of revenue and largest private employer in the globe. The company is made up of many discount stores, including warehouse club, apparel and footwear specialty, e-commerce, superstore, supermarket and supercenter. Moreover, the company has subsidiaries as Asda, Walmex, Sams Club, Seiyu Group and Walmart eCommerce (Corporate.walmart.com, 2015). Particulars Amount (US$ billions) 2013 Revenue 476.294 Operating Income 26.872 Net Income 16.022 Total Assets 20.751 Total Equity 76.255 Number of Employees 2.2 Objective The objective of this company is to provide quality and quick service to its customers. Moreover, this company works towards enhancing the life of people with reasonable cost. Wal-Mart slogan in many of its stores is Save Money. Live Better (Corporate.walmart.com, 2015). A2. Three leadership practices of primary leader Model the way: The leaders of Wal-Mart set standard of excellence so that they can become examples to the employees to follow the path. The leaders have interim goal that helps the employees to accomplish and reach targetsthat managements and supervisor have set. Therefore, it is effective for the company to engage them for larger objectives (Keselman, 2012). The leaders provide training and directions to employees for doing many tasks so that their employee can provide the best service to its customers. For instance, the leader in order to make employees know how to handle certain situation they take customers surveys, this aids Walmart employees in understanding customers needs. This also helps the employees to understand how to deal with customers. The leaders act as an unbiased figure so that each employee can share their feelings or issues with them (Afdc.org.cn, 2015). Enable employees to act: The primary leaders of the company regularly focus on fostering collaboration among the workers so that wastage of products or materials can be minimized. Moreover, they try to build spirited team so that friendly working environment can be gained and work can be done in effective manner with least error or mistakes (Krajewski, Ritzman Malhotra, 2013). On the other hand, leaders try to build trust and human dignity so that objective of the Wal-Mart can be achieved of providing best and quality service and healthy products to its customers. Apart from that, leaders motivates employees to put their best effort and skills in providing best productivity to this company and making Wal-Mart a company that stand out from the competitors (LeCavalier, 2013). Provide Support: Wal-Mart leaders provide support to its employees both physically and emotionally. If any new employee is having problem in carrying out any task then the leaders provide support and insert power in them to do the work. Moreover, if the leader finds that the employee is doing well in their task, then leader motives them by giving them positive remarks such as you are doing great job and/or saying thank you. This helps in building strong relationship between leaders and employees (Lutz Allen, Smith Da Silva, 2013). On the other hand, if someone is not pulling their weight and seems to be working in a manner that not up to par, leaders or supervisors may engage them to see why they are not meeting targets. This works sometimes and teaches employees about the company mission. Thus, leaders of the company adopt practices that are beneficial for the Wal-Mart and for the employees as well (Persky Merriman, 2012). A3. Current Leadership affecting organizational culture The leadership style adopted by the company is positively impacting the culture of the organization. The leaders of the company that helps in gaining numerous ideas from the employees to make decision are following the participative leadership style. Due to such leadership style, Wal-Mart is the large retail company in the world (Quinn, 2013). Therefore, the employees of the company are able to bring changes in their behavior that helps in meeting the organization vision and mission. As a result, company is able to increase their sales rate every year (Personal.psu.edu, 2015). Year Net Sales (US $ billions) 2008 238.92 2009 256.97 2010 259.92 2011 260.26 2012 264.19 2013 274.43 Table 1: Net Sales of Wal-Mart from 2008-2013 It can be assumed from the above table that, company is able to register growth year by year due to effective guidance and leadership. The employees are able to communicate with each other and share values and beliefs that assist in having positive organizational culture. On the other hand, the employees are able to handle the complex task easily like checking the quality of product, product availability, etc. without the supervision of leader (Reporters, 2015). Apart from that, the leaders have positively encouraged the workers to handle the work without any pressure. Moreover, the employees perform as a team and due to that customer has a positive attitude towards Wal-Mart that makes this company worldwide known. The emphasis is given more on the people as they are the ultimate one that performs the work of the company (Roberts Berg, 2012). Therefore, the leader treats them with respect and dignity. This motivates the workers to give more productivity and service to the company th at can benefit in long term. The leaders helps in changing the thinking process and way of doing things so that potential of the workers can be extracted and put into the long term effectiveness of Wal-Mart. Therefore, it is valuable in increasing the performance of the organization with the improvement in the performance of employees (Rubin, 2013). Apart from that, the current leadership style of company assists in remaining ahead of the competitors such as Tesco, Sainsbury, etc. Thus, it helped in creating cheerful and positive atmosphere in Wal-Mart. Moreover, the employees were provided store discounts and stock options. Hence, it can be considered that current leadership has helped in bringing significant and positive changes in the employees and work attitude of people that equates positive organizational culture (Icmrindia.org, 2015). Question- B. Conduct a SWOT analysis evaluating the chosen organization by doing the following: Note: In your evaluation, consider the effects that communication practices, technology, ethics, and globalization have on your organization. 1. Evaluate two of the organizations strengths? 2. Evaluate two of the organizations weaknesses? 3. Evaluate two of the organizations opportunities? 4. Evaluate two of the organizations threats? B: SWOT Analysis of Wal-Mart B1. Evaluation of two organizations strength Wide Range of Products: Wal-Mart involves number of products to meet the extensive demand of the customers. The company is engaged in providing products such as grocery, health and wellness, entertainment, home-related products and apparel. Therefore, customers get lot of option to buy various products under one roof. Moreover, the company has its own labeled and product brands (Syrett Devine, 2013). Thus, it helps in attracting large number of customers to its stores. Moreover, the companies have many various products which outpace its closest competitors. Thus, Wal-Mart is able to display its product in their stores with ease and most importantly to attract all groups of consumers. Many run to Wal-Mart from the young to the old to find deals or to meet their expectation of reasonable price store. Cost Leadership Strategy: The Company adopts low cost technique that helps them to be leader in the market. Products are sold at low cost with no frill service are provided for attaining higher economies of scale (StankeviÄ iÃ…Â «tÄ—, Grunda Bartkus, 2012). The customers are attracted towards the low price products, which makes the company undisputable. Moreover, the Wal-Mart is able to have an edge over their competitors due to low cost strategy. Further, company has warehouse style superstores that help in reducing costs (Stephens, 2013). The particular strategy is effective for price sensitive customers. Moreover, all income groups can be able to purchase products from the stores due to low prices. B2. Two organizations weakness High Employee Turnover: The firm has registered large employee turnover that affect the company and increases its cost. The cost increases, as the company has to invest in order to provide training to new employees. On the other hand, employees are poorly paid and some employees with low skill that result in quick turnover (Visser, 2012). Therefore, employees do not feel motivated to remain in the company and they prefer to leave the company. Thus, it affects the growth of Wal-Mart and its reputation in the market. Less Differentiation: It has been found that there is no differentiation at Wal-Mart in comparison to rivals that may affect the company in future. For instance, if the income of average consumer or commodity price increases then it can badly impact the company. Therefore, the low cost leadership strategy may not be that effective (Yglesias, 2015). Apart from that, Wal-Mart holds those entire brand products that are also held by its competitors such as Tesco, Sainsbury. Therefore, company earnings can be affected that can gain a bigger market share. B3. Two organizations opportunity Acceptance of own label goods: It has been seen that Wal-Mart is able to increase the sale of their private labeled products by almost 40% in last ten years. Therefore, it can be assumed that company can gain more benefit in future from their own-labeled goods (Young Rorrer, 2012). Hence it can increase the profit margin for the company. Moreover, customer circle can be increased that can be an advantage for the reputation of Wal-Mart. Launching own branded product can increase the visibility of Wal-Mart in overseas market. Therefore, the international consumer can be interested for buying the product. Online shopping growth: The online market can be a great opportunity for the company to reach out to large number of customer and increase awareness about their product. It has been found that in US the online retail sector has increased by 4.7% in 2011 (Yue, Rao Ingram, 2013). Therefore, company can grasp this opportunity and trade their product online. This would increase the revenue and more customers. On the other hand, company can make use of social network such as Facebook, Twitter, Google +, etc. as it can be valuable for the company to remain much closer with its customers (Zieger, 2011). Moreover, the company can increase brand awareness or providing information about their new stores or expansion plan. B4. Two organizations threats Increase in competition: The Wal-Mart can face huge threats from its biggest competitors such as Tesco, Amazon, and Costco. Therefore, the growing of such company can take away the market share of Wal-Mart that can hurt the customer base and profit margin (Visser, 2012). Moreover, the rivals in eliminating price differences can exert the pressure. Increase in commodity product prices: The continuous rise in the commodity prices can seize the profit margin of Wal-Mart and due to that company lose its competitive advantage. For instance, if the price increases then the cost difference among the retailers can decline and rivalry can shift to product from price (Yglesias, 2015). Therefore, in such situation Wal-Mart may lose market cap and customer circle. Question- C. Conduct a leadership evaluation of the primary leader described in part A2 by doing the following: Note: As part of your evaluation, you will need to use one scholarly leadership theory and three scholarly sources. 1. Evaluate three strengths of the primary leaders leadership practices using a scholarly leadership theory? 2. Evaluate three weaknesses of the primary leaders leadership practices using the same scholarly leadership theory you used in part C1? 3. Recommend three theory-based practices to maximize the future success of the leader and the organization? 4. Include at least three scholarly sources to support your analysis of the primary leaders practices? C: Leadership Evaluation of the primary leader C1. Three strengths of leadership practices Motivation: The leaders use their leadership practices to influence and motivate the employees to have effective involvement in the decision making process. The leaders fully contribute themselves in boosting employee morally so that they can contribute or participate in the important discussion and put forward their viewpoint. This type of practice can be termed as participative leadership style. That helps the leaders to use their skill and experience for the betterment of the company (Persky Merriman, 2012). Moreover, the participative practice makes the leaders positive and enhances their performance. Further, leader can be able to build strong bonding with the employees and can exert better performance from the employees. Consistency: Team leaders of this company can be able to make decision in the absence of senior manager for the employees and make them more consistent towards their work approach. Management can allow leader to make decision regarding the employees work if any senior official is not present. On the other hand, if the employee is having conflict with another then team leader can step in and make decision to make changes in team so that work can be carried in consistent and productive way (Lutz Allen, Smith Da Silva, 2013). Therefore such practice can be effective for better leadership. Thus, it allows team leaders to make decision when management is absent for the benefit of the employees and company. Develop Secure Environment: The leader through their aura creates a sense of secure environment among the workers that makes them feel safe and motivated. The leaders have regular communication with the workers so that their problem or feedback can be known regarding the assigned job (Haiven, 2013). Thus, if the employees are having difficulty then leaders guide and direct them to handle the situation and also encourage them to have reliable communication with others. This helps the leaders to boost energy and motivate them to improve productivity and efficiency. Leader can introduce new ways in their leadership style so that company can have success and be able withstand tough challenges from its competitors. C2. Three weaknesses of leadership practices Engagement of people: According to scholarly leadership theory that is participative leadership theory, one of the major weaknesses is that leader may take long time for providing solution to the problem (Hatami, Prince de Uster, 2013). If a worker is having issues with their co-workers then the employee may not take up their issues to leader as the employee is not involved in any activities or process. Therefore, the employees may not participate to have a communication with leader. Delay in the decision process can result in frustration and employees may not be doing their best work. Thus, leader needs to make quick decision rather quickly otherwise this may cause slow down in productivity (Corporate.walmart.com, 2015). Less support from employees: The participative leadership theory may not be successful in every workplace environment. In the given situation, the leader may not be receiving the expected support from the employees as the employees may not be happy with act of their leader and his/her decision (Bc.edu, 2015). Moreover, a wrong feeling can be generated in the less skilled employees and they may not be able to perform their work as per their expectation. On the other hand, the leader can have assumption that goals of the individuals are same with that of organizational goals. Therefore, the leader may not be correct at that point. Information Sharing: The leader may not be interested in sharing the sensitive business information with the employees. Therefore, the employees may feel that the leader do not trust them and the employees may also not share their information with the leaders or management (Chang Lee, 2013). On the other hand, if the ideas of the employees are not accepted then they can feel alienated that can create a feeling of ill will. Thus it can have direct impact on the productivity or performance of the company (Bonanno Goetz, 2012). Moreover, the employee may not feel motivated and they may take negative approach towards the leader. Therefore, it can be difficult for the leader to make them understand the situation and brining positive environment at the work place. C3. Three theory based practices for maximizing future success Theory X-Theory: The Company has to direct the employees honestly and provide right guidance so that productivity of the company can be increased. On the other hand, it can motivate the employees to deliver their best effort that can be beneficial for the company to increase revenue and profit margin. Apart from that, if the leader finds that employee is not performing well then leader cam allot punishment. Therefore, in order to not get punishment the employee will perform well and will improve their efficiency. The leader has to be positive in their action and has to lead with integrity so that each employee can coordinate with them (Ferrell, Fraedrich Ferrell, 2014). Therefore, it can improve the relationship among the employees and value of the company can increase. Thus, in order to register growth, Wal-Mart has to provide guidance to leader and relevant information so that the leader can generate better efficiency and productivity from workers (Robinson-Walker, 2013). Path Goal Theory: The leader of the organization has to provide skill and knowledge development training to employees so that they can highly contribute to towards the goal of organizations. As the leader is mostly associated with the employees and know the strengths and weakness of the employees. Therefore, leaders can provide better solution to the problem of workers (Kenny, 2012). This would save time of the organization and the work can be carried in quick manner and management can shift their concentration on other major activities that can bring glory to the company. Wal-Mart has to treat leader with respect and right salaries should be provided as it can help in increasing the growth rate of the company and attaining goals (Ulrich Smallwood, 2013). Learning centered leadership: The major focus has to be given on people of the company as focusing on the employees effectiveness; the company can be able to attain their requirements for job and achieve organizational goals of providing quality service to consumer. Therefore, team leader has to be given proper learning about the work and way of associating with seniors. This would help in engaging the workers to perform their best and Wal-Mart can be able to increase their brand value and number of products sold to the consumers (Lutz Allen, Smith Da Silva, 2013). On the other hand, the organization has to provide better working environment so that work can be carried out without any confusion or conflict. Therefore, training can be provided to the leader and employees to understand the goal of the Wal-Mart and its objectives. Thus, it can enhance the skill of leaders and better direction can be delivered to the workers (Roberts Berg, 2012). Conclusion It can be concluded from whole study that, leadership practice is effective for the organization to excel in the market and receive great effort from the employees. Wal-Mart is able to positively influence by leadership style that helps the company in gaining quality information and decision from the primary leader. On the other hand, SWOT analysis has been conducted of Wal-Mart to know its potential and weakness to survive in the market. Apart from that, strengths and weakness of leadership practice of primary leader has been discussed so that recommendation can be provided. Therefore, it will help in enhancing the performance of leader and Wal-Mart for long period. References Afdc.org.cn,. (2015). Leadership: theory and practice. Retrieved 30 January 2015, Amato, J. Question: Discuss About The Some Assumptions Are Made For Development? Answer: Introducation Some assumptions are made for the development of the network solution and preparation of the logical network diagram. The diagram is explained and an addressing model is used for the development of the network solution. The list of switching and the routing protocols required to be used for maintaining the efficiency of the network is also discussed in the report. The security mechanism and the flow of traffic from different tables are given in the report for reducing congestion in the network. Aims and Objectives The main aims and objectives of the project is to reduce the waiting time and remove congestion in the network. To reduce the time and cost of the network and also reduce the management cost. To secure the network from external access and remove the constraints for management of the different business operation. List of Requirement The requirement for the development of the network solution for A4A are as follows: To collaborate the different network of the university and the colleges for the including different business operation and increase the efficiency of the network. To implement the different network topology for the development of the network design and increase the efficiency of the information system. To respond to the querry of user at a fraction of second and reduce the waiting time of the user for adding information in the system. To increase the security of the network for blocking the external user to access the network components. To implement QoS in the network and implementation of VLAN for separating the network channel and reduce congestion in the network traffic. Deployment of a media server for managing the information system and record the different operation of the user recording the different information of the university and the colleges. List of Assumptions The following assumptions are made for the preparation of the network solution of A4A and increase the efficiency of the current system. It is assumed that the network engineer have efficient skills and knowledge for designing the network and connecting different network resources It is assumed that a proper network cabling plan is required to be implemented for traffic management The noise less situation is created for the network solution for reducing the risk of packet loss and transfer the data packets over the network The entry and the exit point of the network are secured with firewall and the firewall is configured aligning the business rules and policy for increasing the security of the network. The resources required for the development of the network would be available and the network would be developed according to it The proposed network solution would have low cost of maintenance and is created maintaining different standards It is also assumed that a static IP address would be used for the network devices connected in the network and the network would not support external devices to be connected in the network. The routers used in the network solution would be configured with standard access list and all the devices connected in the network would not be able to communicate with the outside network for security reasons. Logical Network Diagram Figure 1: Proposed logical network diagram for A4A (Source: Created by author) Explanation off the logical network deign The logical network diagram is created using cisco packet tracer 6.2 and it demonstrated the different hardware used in the network and their connectivity. The University or the College Network is required to be connected to the information system and a central router of 2811 series is used for the management of the network. An wireless access point is installed in the network for management of the network devices and the access of the wireless network is prohibited to the external users. The main office of the network is designed to connect 150 computers, servers and printing device and the branch office network is designed to connect 250 nodes and servers. A network sniffer is installed in the network for analyzing the unusual traffic in the network and secure the network from DoS attack. The network is required to support BYOD and remote connection management is required to be enabled such that the employees can access the network from remote location and increase the efficiency o f the network. The wireless access point is secured with WPA2 encryption algorithm for restricting the unauthroised user. A switch in the network is required to be configured with VLAN and the router is required to be configured with VPN allowing remote connection. Justification of the logical design The network design is proposed for the organization to increase the efficiency of the current framework. The servers installed in the network is required to be configured with an addressing model and it comprises of a progression of four numbers that extents at a range of 0 to 255 and they are essentially utilized by the switches for finding the distinctive devices associated in the system. If there should be an occurrence of naming model the hosts are given a name and it is finished by arranging the DNS server introduced in the system. The principle working of the DNS server is to tie the IP address with the name. Distinctive other administration can be utilized, for example, MS Windows Internet Naming Service however there is a restriction is commonly intended for good DNS servers. Addressing and Naming Model The naming and the addressing scheme is required to be added for the development of the network solution for the A4A solution. The organization needs to connect with different university network and a large number of IP address is required to be allocated to the device connected in the network. The implementation of disgraceful routing and naming plan brings about expansion of additional cost because of re arrangement of the system. The addressing plan is essential for simple administration of the advantages and the system devices introduced in the system. For making the addressing scheme of the system intended for A4A the hosts are required to be isolated from the system. The PCs that are conveying straightforwardly ought to be kept in various subnet and a DHCP server is required to be designed in the branch office arrange for pleasing the hosts with auto created IP address (Jackson et al. 2014). The system of A4A is planned such that a solitary system address can be utilized and VLSM strategy can be utilized for sun partitioning the system. As A4A is a little association it can pick an irregular plan for instance the servers can be named on the name of Greek goddess and a subject is required to be chosen (Stevens 2016). The system hardware's introduced in the system can be named as the NFL quarterbacks. Picking great name is critical for expanding the productivity of the system. List of routing and switching protocols The routing and the switching protocols are used for the development of the network solution are as follows: Implementation of a layer 2 switch and configuration of different VLAN in the network using the command Configuration of the router with spanning tree and dynamic routing for connecting with the network elements and reducing congestion in the network traffic The routers are configured with EIGRP for sending and receiving data packets from different routers connected in the network and increase the efficiency of the network (Li et al. 2017). Configuring the switches with trunk protocol and encapsulation of the transmission channels for increasing the security of the network. List of Security mechanism The security mechanism followed for the development of the network solution are as follows: Authentication: the routers and the switch installed in the network is required to be password protected. Data Encryption: The data residing in the database server is required to be encrypted such if the data is accessed by any intruder it cannot be used. Physical Security: The server is required to be installed in rooms where the access of the normal employees is prohibited. The different networking device such as the routers and the switches are required to be installed in closed and increase the physical security of the device. Packet filtering: The packets coming from the unknown source or network address can be dropped by configuring the router with different packet filtering protocols. The deployment of the network sniffing tool helps in analyzing the network traffic and apply different inbound and outbound rules for filtering the packets. Implementation of Firewalls: The entry and the exit point in the network is required to be secured with implementation of firewall and it is required to be configured to restrict the unauthroised connection to intrude in the network. A set of security rules is required to be created and deployed for increasing the security. Conclusion From the above report it can be concluded that for designing the network of A4A a detailed analysis is done on the requirement of the organization. The network is designed for A4A for connecting with different colleges and universities and provide service to them. The network is required to handle the large amount of network traffic generated from the information system of the A4A. For the preparation of the report business and technical goals are analyzed and a list of the requirement is created for the development of the network solution.
